Monday brought the first winter weather to our area. Even though it's expected in November, it still came as a bit of a shock, as we were enjoying near 60-degree weather the week before.
But the snow and cold are here. And since this was a particularly deep and wet snow for early in the year, the kids took advantage of it. They built a snowman in the front yard. Then, over the next few days, the snowman developed a list. He's now tilted at nearly 45 degrees, but is still standing:
See the Eighth Wonder of the World! The Snowman that Defies Newton! Or something like that. Don't worry. Nobody's seen the Virgin Mary in this snowman. Yet.
