Just noticed this in the illustration being used in the news concerning the Ammon First Street project. I hope this is *just* an illustration, and that they don't intend to make the outside lane a right turn only at Curlew.
There's already a bottleneck at First and Hitt with two lanes going into one, which this project will fix. We don't need the same kind of bottleneck further along.
