Flim Flam Floo


This is a scene from "The Pied Piper of Hamelin," of which my only memory is this song. It must have been one of those Saturday or Sunday afternoon movies they put on one of the local channels -- back when we had to walk through snow up to our waists uphill to get to the TV set, which only had three channels. I was obviously too busy playing outside to bother watching the rest of the show. Playing outside with our teddy bears, for whom we made entire villages out of bricks, rocks, and other little oddments we could collect, was serious business. That or making entire cities out of clay. Yeah, I was anal retentive as a kid. Still am.

I know I didn't watch it, because I'd certainly remember a scene as creepy as this one:
